Do not hesitate to make them yourself! You will need some time but it is totally worth it! They are heavenly!

You can find the basic recipe on my blog: http://wp.me/p4sdXz-1A

Tips

– I recommend buying a sushi roll mat before you try! Quinoa is not as sticky as regular sushi rice, not even after adding rice vinegar. This will make them extra hard to roll.

– For this amount of sushi rolls, I used 275 grams of multi-color quinoa here and added approximately 425 ml of water.

– Make sure your knife is really sharp before trying to cut the roll. It is also easier if your knife is clean and wet. So rinse it regularly.
